Bill Ferko previously served as the Chief Acquisitions Officer and the Chief Risk Management Officer for Republic Bank, one of Kentucky’s largest locally owned community banks. Mr. Ferko also served as the CFO for Philips BU Professional Luminaires North America, a manufacturer of lighting fixtures and controls. Mr. Ferko serves on the Board of Directors for Sypris Solutions Sypris, a provider of information security solutions and supplier components for the commercial vehicle and trailer markets and oil, gas and petrochemical projects.

Julio A. Fuentes, President and CEO of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FSHCC). In 2000,  he founded the chamber in response to the tremendous growth of Florida’s Hispanic population. Today the chamber has grown to 38 chapters and manages a database of over 80,000 minority-owned businesses. Mr. Fuentes is also President of Hispanic Council for Reform and Educational Options (Hispanic CREO).

Carole Jean has served in leadership roles with the National Federation of Republican Women in the 1990s and served as a special adviser during key strategic times for the U.S. organization. She began her service as President of The Republican Women of Indian River, Federated, and then served five years as President of the Florida Federation of Republican Women.

She began selling flags out of her car while living in Libertyville, Illinois, during the Iranian crisis, in February 1980. Flag Lady’s Flag Store in Columbus has grown into one of the top five retail flag stores in the country.

Thomas O’Neil is the president of OfficeWorks, having been in the furniture industry for 29 years. O’Neil previously served as the chair of the Indianapolis Hispanic Business Council and on the executive committee of the National Dealer Alliance, an office furniture trade association. Prior to founding OfficeWorks in 1984, O’Neil worked with the F.C. Tucker Company as a commercial real estate broker and spent 11 years in sales and management with Xerox Corporation.

In 1990 Solomon became active in his Houston-based family jewelry store, Houston Jewelry, where since 2005 he has been President. He is a board member of the Texas Jewelers Association and is a two time honoree as one of America’s Best Jewelers by National Jeweler and the Jewelers of America. Solomon is a 1988 graduate of Brandeis University, and attended the University of Houston Law School in the fall of 1989, where he founded The List, the first national directory of a cappella groups and became a cofounder of CASA, the Contemporary A Cappella Society.
